1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Insider Nova website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service provided by Insider Nova Pty Ltd, an Australian company with offices at Level 15, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

2. Description of Service

Insider Nova provides golf training services and facilitates bookings for European golf courses. Our services include:

• Professional golf instruction and coaching
• Golf course booking and reservation services
• Golf travel planning and coordination
• Equipment consultation and recommendations
• Corporate golf event planning

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Golf Training Services:

• Payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Golf Course Bookings:

• Booking confirmation is subject to course availability
• Payment and cancellation policies vary by course
• We act as an intermediary between you and the golf course
• Additional fees may apply for premium tee times

Travel Packages:

• Deposits are typically required to secure bookings
• Final payment is due 30 days before travel
• Cancellation fees may apply based on timing
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Training Session Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: 50% charge applies
• No-show: Full charge applies
• Weather cancellation: Free reschedule or full refund

Course Booking Cancellations:

• Subject to individual course cancellation policies
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Weather-related cancellations handled per course policy
• We will assist with rebooking when possible

Travel Package Cancellations:

• 90+ days: Full refund minus processing fee
• 60-89 days: 75% refund
• 30-59 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect user information without consent

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Insider Nova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Golf Course Disclaimer:

We act as an intermediary for golf course bookings. We are not responsible for:

• Course conditions or closures
• Changes to green fees or policies
• Quality of golf course facilities
• Disputes between users and golf courses

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Insider Nova be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insider Nova, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any content you post or transmit through the Service

10. Privacy Policy
